What I do for the ED session is inject a small amount of Trimex into the base of the penis. I understand the word injection ( needle ) and penis should never go together, but it is necessary to assess the blood flow of the oenis. The problem with oral remedies is that the body breaks down a significant portion of the medication's effects during the digestive process. Trimex is the same compound, but by injecting it into the base of the penis, it bypasses the digestive process, and we can truly see if the medication resolves the issue. Using my hands and possibly other tools, we will attempt to get the penis erect, then see if it stays erect enough for intercourse. If it does not, this will let us know there is a circular issue, and I will guide you on your next steps. I can honestly say 90% of the time, there is no issue. The client needs to learn to get out of their head.
